There were many sources of background information which led to the discovery of this invention. First, from having the opportunity to associate with teachers and students of all grade levels, there were behavior problems. These behavior problems started in classrooms, hallways, the cafeteria and onto the playground. It can be noted below as follows:

 

In the classrooms some students displayed disruptive defiant behavior, for example, “bullying tactics.” These bullying tactics continued in hallways and onto the next class sessions, with students carrying in their hands sharp school supply objects (pencils, markers, rulers, ink pens and crayons) to use when they became aggressive on offense or defense from pushing and shoving.

After reaching the playground area in the afternoon, it became less supervised because of the vast area to play. These school supply objects can become dangerous. Secondly, this invention of the School Supply Utility Pouch Attachments were designed to aid teachers in controlling most of these school supplies.

These “Utility Pouches” were designed to carry school supplies attached to a polyester or leather belt to be worn around the waist and will help free the students from carrying school supplies in their hands. Each Utility Pouch will display a name tag with a plastic cover to insert a name.  Finally, the teachers will have control over advising students what supplies to use.  Now since the arrival of the “Covid 19” (Pandemic) across our Great Nation and around the World; the teachers can strongly now advise the students to wear a face mask, open and use their hand sanitizer from the Hand Sanitizer Pouch through-out the day during classroom changes, after returning from special areas and to keep 6ft social distancing.  This method should help to control the pandemic while at school.

The detail description of this invention was a brilliant idea and a great design which led to a development of the school supply utility pouches. These school supplies will be secured in a separate attachment utility pouch carried around the waist on a polyester or leather belt which will take the pressure from the back area.
